• Factory-Sealed Stock Returns: Unopened, standard factory-sealed stock (such as standard Brilliant White emulsion, synthetic clear varnishes, or standard un-tinted primers) in original, undamaged condition may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase upon presentation of the original receipt.
• Cans Condition: Damaged, dented, unsealed, or contaminated cans will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Due to market fluctuations in chemical, resin, and titanium dioxide raw materials in Pakistan:

• 7-Day Validity Window: All written quotations and digital estimates issued via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email are guaranteed for 7 calendar days from the date of issuance.
• Subsequent Price Adjustments: After the 7-day validity window expires, unconfirmed quotes may be subject to recalculation according to current manufacturer rate lists.

• Delivery Areas: We provide local transport dispatch across Multan city including Nawabpur Road, Bosan Road, Cantt, New Lodhi Colony, Gulgasht, Shah Rukn-e-Alam, and Model Town.
• Receiving at Site: The customer or their authorized site painter/contractor must inspect all cans for seal integrity and correct shade labels prior to signing the delivery voucher.
